Estimates and pricing

Price ranges, cost guides, and the interactive estimator on this site are planning tools only. They are not quotes, offers, or binding prices. A binding price exists only in a written estimate or agreement signed by both parties following an in-home walkthrough.

Scope of work

Work performed is limited to what appears in the written scope. Conditions that cannot be observed before demolition — including concealed water damage, framing deterioration, substandard prior work, or non-conforming plumbing and electrical — may require additional work, which will be documented, priced, and approved by you before it proceeds.

Scheduling

Timelines provided are good-faith estimates. Material availability, permitting and inspection schedules, weather, discovered conditions, and client-requested changes can shift completion dates. We communicate schedule changes as soon as we know about them.

Payments

Payment terms are defined in your written agreement, typically as a deposit followed by progress payments tied to project milestones and a final payment upon completion of the punch list.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship as stated in your agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are passed through to you. Warranty coverage excludes damage from misuse, neglect, failure to maintain sealed surfaces, alterations by others, and events outside our control.

Photography

We may photograph completed work for portfolio use. Photographs do not include identifying information about your household, and you may decline by telling us in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising from the website or from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the work at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
